**TITLE: Business Operation Analyst (III)**
**LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia**
**GRADE: 10**
**POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:**
This is an opportunity to join NCR Atleos Banking Customer Operations Unit as a Business Operation Analyst (III). The role will report to the Banking Business Operations Team and will directly support assigned customers and Customer Success Management. This role requires high analytical and customer interaction skills and will be critical to Customer Operations success. The ideal candidate should have experience in Data analysis and interpretation, customer communication, and presentation skills.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with and support key stakeholders (top, medium, and low-level management) on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
+ Assist in the development of a business model and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Use analytical skills and techniques to identify opportunities to remove waste, save time, increase productivity, and drive continuous improvement within the Banking Customer Operations organization.
+ Work on developing scorecards and dashboards for KPI tracking and enable CSM to make sound business decisions informed by accurate, congruent, and reliable information.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to obtain and develop accurate data for the business models and metrics.
+ Equip stakeholders/internal customers with data and visualization needs to share benefits with external customers.
+ Analyze data trends, seasonality, and other random effects to quickly identify issues or best practices and assist program subject matter experts to get to root cause analysis.
+ Identify new advanced analytic opportunities and proactively determine the best methods to gather new and existing data to solve complex problems.
+ Lead weekly, biweekly and monthly conference calls.
**Required qualification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent in work experience)
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
+ Business proficiency in **English** **and one of the following languages: French, Italian, German or Spanish is a must**
+ MS Office, Excel, Power BI (Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferable)
+ NCR Atleos experience in Banking or Services organization is a plus
+ Customer-oriented mindset
