DUTIES:
Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligationsAssist with gathering of documentation for Medicaid applicantsInputting of census information into billing and clinical softwareCollection of private and income monies owed to the facilityAssist with the insurance authorization processDistribute resident fundsEnsure that all admission agreements are signedOther duties as requiredREQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes is a plusHigh comfort level to meet with residents/families to discuss and advise on their financial obligationsMust be computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft OfficeShould be highly detailed and organizedABOUT US:
