We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives.
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Business Office Manager. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is located OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
Manages the Business Operations Office and provides oversight of the daily Program Office activities under this TO for contractor personnel, including subcontractors, supporting finance, subcontracts, procurement, security, and TO Portal
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge regarding CACI’s Delivery+, finance, procurement, and security processes and tools, including support for transition-in
Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of the EMITS 2 Travel Authorization Request (TAR), Request to Initiate Procurement (RIP), and deliverable submission processes
Collaborates with the GSA AAS COR and Quality personnel and CACI’s Contracts Manager to identify and implement business process improvements
Develops and maintains Business Office documents and SOPs that govern the finance, subcontracts/procurement, security, quality management, and TO Portal support functions for EMITS 2
Collaborates with the QA Manager, MP Operations Manager, and M2IT Lead to ensure deliverables and reports are submitted on time and with right first-time quality
Leads coordination with CACI corporate support services, including Accounting, Procurement, ITAR/EXIM, Property Management, and Operational Excellence
Manages and responds to Government issues, concerns, and comments
Alerts the Government proactively to potential contractual or programmatic and resource limitation issues
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
Functions with comprehensive knowledge across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Qualifications:
Required:
Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
BA/BS +8-12 years recent experience
Exhibits mastery of business operations management, specifically in government contracting environments.
Preferably, demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of finance, procurement, and security processes and tools, including Travel Authorization Request, Request to Initiate Procurement, and Deliverable submission processes.
Possesses strong leadership skills used to manage contractor personnel, collaborate with GSA AAS COR and Quality personnel, and coordinate with corporate support services.
Excels at developing and maintaining business office documents and SOPs, implementing process improvements, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverable submissions.
Displays proficiency in managing government issues, proactively identifying potential contractual or programmatic issues, and applying comprehensive knowledge across multiple project assignments.
Demonstrates ability to supervise others and function with expertise in key tasks and high-impact assignments.
Desired:
Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
Experience with DoD IT security requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
