Complete Description: *this is a very short term engagement, possibly 120 hours. Once the upgrade is completed, the assignment ends. Start date can be delayed up to approximately 4/1/16, if needed.*all work to be performed onsite in Richmond, VA*manager may elect to conduct an initial phone interview. Candidates chosen for a personal interview may select between and onsite or web (face time or Skype).
ABC seeks to augment its current Business Objects capabilities by engaging a contract resource who can bring immediate value in assisting with a review of ABC's current BOE environment and configuration, as well as planning and executing an upgrade from BOE 4.0 to 4.2 environment. During this engagement this person will also be expected to train/mentor current ABC IT staff in the best day-to-day practices to administer the overall BOE system.
This contractor must have experience leading a team upgrading form BOE 4.0 to 4.2. The contractor must also have 5 plus years of experience in the use and administration of BOE.
