Your Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Models Manager to join our Life Science team. In this exciting position, you will be developing and executing the business models for our innovative platform solutions that connects at the forefront of building an innovative integrated platform solution that connect bioprocessing equipment, flexware, consumables, software, and services. Your expertise will be vital in supporting our marketing and commercial teams as they develop competitive pricing, bundling, and winning strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping our integrated platform value proposition and messaging, co-driving our go-to-market efforts for the Integrated Platform Solutions team. By leveraging your insights, you will identify opportunities to create a flywheel effect that enhances customer value and drives growth. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions and collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, R&D heads, sales, and customer support teams. Who You Are:

Master’s degree in Business and Life Sciences, or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.Proven experience in business model development, platform strategy, or product management within the Life Science industry.Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and strategic thinking abilities.Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating business rationale to senior leadership.Ability to innovate and think outside the box, starting from a blank page.Decisive and able to synthesize important facts to make informed decisions.Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.Experience working in a multicultural, multilingual, and multi-time zone environment.
