Business Marketing Manager, India
**Summary:** We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to build and execute marketing initiatives to business audiences across India.You will be responsible for marketing Meta's advertising solutions - by creating marketing programs and thoughtful narratives to drive partner value and product adoption.You will balance both strategy and execution, build full-funnel marketing plans that are deployed across multiple channels including digital, events, sales enablement, trade partnerships and more. You will adopt a cross-audience approach to ensure that all relevant customers are effectively impacted through our marketing. To achieve this you will partner with, and influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Communications and Policy.In this role you will have the opportunity to ideate to drive creativity, whilst also rolling up your sleeves to execute. **Required Skills:** Business Marketing Manager, India Responsibilities: 1. Build, communicate and execute strategic marketing plans that are aligned with the goals of the marketing organization 2. Drive cross-audience strategy and execution across India 3. Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams in India and regional marketing teams to build programs and narratives for business audiences in India 4. Grow adoption of the Meta family of apps and services through developing audience-led partner education 5. Demonstrate measurement rigor, evaluating and optimizing programs to drive clear incremental revenue and product adoption **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. Proven experience communicating effectively, collaborating and influencing strategically across cross-functional partners 7. Experience working in India with knowledge of the advertising and marketing industries 8. Experience in building and executing multi-channel marketing programs that span multiple audiences, with proven business impact 9. Demonstrated experience of working on agile and high priority workstreams 10. 8+ years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C marketing role 11. BA/BS degree or equivalent **Industry:** Internet
