As a Lead Business Manager, you'll engage with business, firmwide data & analytics, and technology teams to drive strategic priorities and deliver key updates to senior leadership. As a Business Manager within the Corporate and Investment Bank Chief Administrative Office team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will operate horizontally across the firm, providing insights across all lines of business. Your role will encompass strategic enablement, analytics, and communications to foster engagement and achieve desired outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate as a horizontal function to drive and accelerate top prioritiesEnable delivery of strategic priorities by defining and governing Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs)Lead data-driven analyses to provide transparency and enable decision-makingDevelop concise communication materials for key events and initiativesDrive engagement strategy in partnership with internal communications and HRExecute and support events such as bi-annual Global TownhallsOwn and deliver the strategic and financial planning & analysis processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Consulting experience with a top-tier strategy/management consulting firm or internal consulting/corporate strategy teamProficiency in structuring and scoping complex problems and applying analytical toolsExperience in executing multiple projects with various stakeholdersExperience applying data analysis to solve business problemsCross-functional collaboration skills, including influencing stakeholdersStrategic and innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quoStrong leadership skills to develop team capabilities and foster an open cultureProficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, PowerPoint, WordStrong communication skills, with experience communicating to senior leadership
