Responsibilities Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation. Manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations. Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures. Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity. Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Qualification Requirements are: Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager of a full service franchise restaurant concept is preferred. Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials This is a pay-banded position. Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
