Your Key Contributions:


Strategic Sales Expansion: Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to capture market share and exceed revenue targets.Lead by Example: Actively participate in sales activities, demonstrating best practices and fostering a results-driven culture.Client Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.Team Leadership & Empowerment: Mentor, motivate, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve peak performance.Culture Building: Foster a culture of integrity, innovation, service, and performance.Talent Acquisition & Development: Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing and engaged team.Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.Recruitment Process Optimization: Manage candidate recruitment, screening, and placement processes to ensure quality and compliance.

Work Experience

What You Bring to the Table:


Minimum 2+ years of management/leadership experience, ideally in staffing or a related service industry.Proven track record of success in B2B sales, consistently exceeding targets.Strong understanding of the light industrial sector (manufacturing, warehousing, logistics).Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to staffing.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.A true drive to make a difference in the community.
