Business Manager - Associate

As a Business Manager Associate within the International Consumer Bank team, you will be responsible for driving business success by managing operations, transformation, and marketing initiatives. You will partner with Function MDs to address the evolving needs of our organization, focusing on launching innovative products and exploring new market opportunities. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations data, overseeing headcount and vendor budgets, and forecasting headcount capacity plans based on servicing metrics and demand. You will also contribute to key business efficiency initiatives and provide critical management reporting to support strategic decision-making. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change and make a significant impact on our business' success.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day Operations data requests from the business.Oversee headcount and vendor budgets.Forecast headcount capacity plans based on servicing metrics and demand.Contribute to and track key business efficiency initiatives aimed at optimizing the cost to serve, a key business metric.Provide critical executive management reporting and deliver key financial insights to support the strategic decision-making of our Function MDs and input to Business Reviews.Partner with Function MDs to address the evolving needs of the organization within the context of launching innovative products and exploring new market opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.Strong analytical skills to navigate and clarify complex data sets.Ability to identify trends and evaluate the impacts and benefits of efficiency initiatives.Independence in handling ad-hoc requests with attention to detail.Collaborative skills to work across finance and functional teams with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with PitchPro and ThinkCell is preferable.Self-starter with a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.Interest in contributing to business success in a dynamic environment.
