The New Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Operating Unit (OU), in the MCAPS Americas Organization, is looking for an experienced and driven **Business** **Manager** to lead key aspects of the new DIB OU Leader’s communications and customer and partner engagement operations. In this role, you will work closely with the OU Chief of Staff to shaping and executing the CVP’s communications strategy, lead impactful programs and events, and support the OU leader in fostering their customer engagements. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. **Responsibilities** + Develops communications, core messaging, and narrativesfor theDIBOU’sbusiness priorities, mission, andmanagedcommunities + Run the OU Leader rhythm of business for internal and external communications, which may include managing and updating OUSharePoint, ghost-writing communication emails,maintaining OU Leader social mediapresence,andmaintainingconsistent engagement with executive sponsored customer accounts + Act as a single point of contact for internal or external OU Leader engagement requests, from speakingopportunitiesto customer/partner escalations + Establishcustomer engagement strategy and execution model for the OU Leader,aligningtheteam's strategy,goalsandobjectives. + Coordinate and manage to closure all customer issues directed towards theOU Leader including organizingresources to resolve, preparing and summarizing info to the leader, engaging the right owners or SMEs who should take execution ownership of resolving the issues. + Organize executive visits, including global events with customers and/or partners. + Manages cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and business needs. Engages projects/programs while executing aspects of projects/programs for larger areas, including work on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience which may be across multiple disciplines. **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. + 3+ Years in communications, program management, or business operations + Knowledge of corporate organization and culture and the ability to navigate it successfully. + Proven track-record of program management and ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously **Other Requirements** Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations.  As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Additional or preferred qualifications** + Willing to obtain a US Security Clearance + Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) industry and ecosystems + 3+ years supporting senior executives in a communications or operationscapacity + 3+ years in a customer/partner facing role Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
