Position Responsibilities:
Support the HOD in driving successful adoption and outcomes with a structured communication plan to the sales force in various initiatives.Manulife Pro – higher quality advisers. Uplift in Manulife Pro performances metricesLeads Management – higher leads engagement and conversionManage and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement leads program and Manulife Pro benefits pillars.Cohort Management – Work closely with Distribution Performance Management team to coordinate timely and regular performance tracking & reporting. Identify various cohorts and recommend prioritization of key activities to achieve Manulife Pro qualificationCollaborate and communicate with BDMs to drive leads and Manulife Pro programClient Review – collaborate and support the digital tool team to promote annual client review initiative to meet company’s overall goalsSupport and reply to daily email enquiries from Internal stakeholders & MAG/MFA repsAny other ad hoc assignments and job scopes relocation if requiredRequired Qualifications:
