About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and make a real impact. In this exciting sales role, you’ll develop new business opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, and expand Ōnin’s footprint in the market — all while enjoying a rewarding compensation structure and professional support.
What You’ll Do
Generate new business across a variety of industries and client sizes.Meet weekly activity goals through door knocks, cold calls, and appointments.Collaborate with branch leaders in daily kickoff meetings and performance reviews.Build and manage a diverse, strategic prospect list.Create meaningful client relationships that drive long-term success.
Ideal Candidate
1–2 years of outside sales or business development experience.Strong communication skills — both in person and over the phone.Knowledge of manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus.Proven relationship builder with a growth mindset.Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
