We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Ø Defining the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes
Ø Managing delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, communications, budget and risks
Ø Defining resource needs, responsibilities and schedules
Ø Working within project controls and procedures
Ø Working within established quality assurance processes
Ø Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ø Reporting progress, issues, dependencies and risks to project leadership and committees (as appropriate) and making recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realisation
Ø Providing guidance and maintaining a focus on how the project aligns to wider programme objectives
Ø Adhering to HSBC project methodology at all times
Ø Depending on the field in which the Project is located, a working level knowledge of a particular field may be required.
Ø Develop management information reporting, in order to present overall information and operation development status for COO and relevent operation heads
