Job Description

Imagine you can actively support and coach the Leadership Team of Credit Analytics and key stakeholders in the journey towards reaching their strategic goals. You can do this by further improving the foundation of the Business Management activities within Credit Analytics. Do you have a vision on risk- and control cycle management, departmentwide policy implementations as well as communications and continuous improvement? Are you curious and critical, process-oriented and do you get energy from working with a large group of stakeholders? In that case, we are looking for you!

You and your job

Business management consists of a group of 12 experienced colleagues that support leadership as management assistants or internal consultants in the field of process management, project management, risk management and people management. Therefore, we are looking for an intern who is able to challenge our contribution to the tribe and come up with innovative solutions.

Previous interns have made a real impact on the following topics:

TCA Way of Working – (e.g.: Harmonizing diverse approaches within the tribe into a unified methodology)Internal Communication – (e.g.: Organizing Quarterly Business Reviews for an audience of approximately 800 colleagues)Key Control System – (e.g.: Designing a user-friendly dashboard to simplify management information)TCA Academy – (e.g.: Building and maintaining an internal knowledge-sharing platform tailored to our daily work)Risk Controls Alignment – (e.g.: Supporting the alignment and optimization of internal risk control processes)

Based on your interests and talents, we will determine the project(s) that you will work on during the internship.

Practical details

Period: 3-6 months

Hours per week: 24-36 hours per week

Start date: flexible

Your profile:

An HBO or WO student with a study background in Business Administration or similar;Available for 24 to 36 hours per week;Fluent in English, both written and verbal;A keen eye for identifying opportunities to improve existing ways of working, paired with the creativity to develop innovative solutions;Brings a fresh perspective and is comfortable leveraging modern tools and technologies to challenge established ways of working.
