Job Description
Insight Global's legal client is looking for two Business Litigators to join their staff.
The Business Litigators must have 10+ years of litigation experience, be California-barred, and demonstrate strong communication skills and comfort with both plaintiff and defense work. The position requires 80 billable hours per month and offers exposure to diverse practice areas including securities, real property, and corporate litigation.

Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of litigation experience
- Barred in the state of California
- Experience with MS Suite
- EXCELLENT communication skills
Both with the firm and clients
- Willing to work 80 billable hours/month
Experience on both the plaintiff and defendant side - Litigation experience with in the following practice areas:
Securities Litigation
Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Real Property Litigation
Wrongful Competition Litigation and Illegal Trade Practices
Corporate and Partnership Litigation
Civil Trials, Arbitration, and Appeals null
