Main Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop integrated marketing communications strategies.Align with product managers on asset budgets and go-to-market plans.Support internal communications and foster a sense of community among employees.

Campaigns & Product Launches

Lead theme-based campaigns including media relations, demand generation, and sales enablement.Manage digital product launches in collaboration with product groups.Execute various marketing tactics such as content development, social media, and lead cultivation.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Utilize marketing automation, SEO/SEM, ABM, and multiple digital channels.Collaborate with regional teams to define and track lead generation KPIs.Leverage mar-tech tools for actionable insights and digital strategy optimization.

Content Creation

Develop compelling content across the portfolio that addresses industry pain points.Produce thought leadership materials, case studies, and customer-focused content.Identify and fill content gaps in coordination with sales teams to support global business growth.

Events & Thought Leadership

Plan and manage virtual and in-person events, securing speaker engagements where appropriate.Build and execute thought leadership and media relations strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Internal Communication

Drive internal alignment and engagement around BL offerings.Provide sales teams with internal campaigns, tools, and enablement resources.

Budget & Metrics

Own and oversee the marketing communications budget with proper tracking.Analyze and report metrics to showcase marketing impact and ROI.

Required Background

10+ years of experience in B2B marketing/communications within industrial sectors.Advanced skills in writing, editing, and digital marketing.Proficient in tools like Salesforce Pardot, CMS platforms, and Google Analytics.Strong project management and leadership experience within matrix organizations.Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and collaborative skills.
