Business License Administrator
\nAs a Business License Administrator at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) business unit regarding business licenses and renewals. In this critical role, you will manage the end-to-end process of applying for, renewing, and auditing business licenses across various jurisdictions. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications, gathering required documentation, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all relevant local, county, and state/provincial regulations.
\nYou will also be accountable for maintaining existing licenses, developing licensing strategies, and ensuring ongoing compliance. This role reports directly to the Americas Compliance Manager and is based in Atlanta, GA, following a hybrid work schedule.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n\nMaintain and update a comprehensive database of business licenses and related records\nRespond to inquiries regarding license requirements and application processes\nEvaluate existing licenses for ongoing compliance with applicable regulations\nCollaborate across business units to assess licensing needs\nTrack license expiration dates and manage timely renewals, including issuing reminders and processing renewal applications\nProcess new license applications, verify documentation, and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders\nCoordinate with legal, HR, and business teams to monitor certifications of qualified individuals\nEnsure subcontractor licenses are valid and up to date\nDeliver training to business teams on licensing procedures and best practices\nYou Must Have
\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in business licensing or a related field\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SAP (ERP) systems\n\nWe Value
