This position is responsible for driving business growth in the residential sector, focusing on Watts' heating and water filtration solutions. The role encompasses strategic market development, product innovation, and sales leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Investigate and identify market opportunities to drive business growth leveraging Watts current and future portfolios;Develop and execute sales and product strategies to achieve business goals;Lead product development and innovation efforts in energy-efficient heating and advanced water treatment solutionsPlan and execute demand-creation activities in key regions to drive Watts brand influence;Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partnersLead, mentor, and develop high-performing teamsEDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, MBA degree a plus
MANAGEMENT:
Leading Heating & WQ product management and sales team
QUALIFICATIONS:
10+ years of experience in business management, with a background in HVAC, water treatment, or related industriesExcellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsEffective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilitiesKnowledge of residential heating and water filtration technologies, market trends, competition landscape and regulatory requirementsSelf-motivated and proactive
