You will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines and models that empower leadership with actionable business insights. This role combines strong technical aptitude in data engineering with a strategic mindset—enabling you to translate complex data into narratives that guide strategic planning and enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of data infrastructure and business strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to inform decisions across strategic and operational domains. Additionally, you will contribute to project management efforts that drive successful execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities: + Build and manage data assets and repositories that transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready dashboards or reports used for enterprise strategy and performance monitoring. + Develop scalable data pipelines and models that support enterprise-wide strategic analyses using SQL, cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake), and orchestration tools. + Provide recommendations to enhance our data engineering techniques and architecture design. + Collaborate with IT/Enterprise Analytics to set up system capabilities for secure data migration/transfers from external sources (e.g., SPARCS, claims-based tools), oversee data extraction, and ensure data cleansing for accuracy and consistency. + Partner with Strategy, Enterprise Analytics, and Operations to understand key business questions and deliver data-driven insights that influence decision-making. + Track and collect data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, and developing KPI dashboards and reports to support monitoring and decision-making for strategic planning and network initiatives. + Leverage data storytelling and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to communicate insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels. + Develop executive level data analytic assessments and visual/presentation displays to support organizational decision-making. + Ensure data quality, documentation, and governance practices are upheld to maintain trust and transparency in strategic analyses. + Conduct proactive analysis to uncover performance trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities. + Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating analytical outputs into business-aligned insights and recommendations. + Facilitates collaboration with Network Strategy and internal departments to develop comprehensive project plans and deliverables such as strategic plans, progress reports, and data-driven insights. + Track project milestones and deliverables, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum and timely execution of deliverables. + Anticipates resource needs to fulfill project requirements and proactively develops and delivers solutions to address them. Qualifications/Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a data analytics, data engineering, or strategy analytics role, ideally within a healthcare corporate strategy, operations, or analytics team. + Proficiency in SQL, required + Healthcare analytics experience, preferred + CI/CD development experience for data transformation with SQL, highly preferred + Experience with Cloud Data Warehouse architecture (Snowflake/Azure), preferred + Experience with Python, R, or other programming language, preferred + Prior experience delivering analytical insights in a business or strategic context, preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field required (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Management); Master’s degree preferred.
