Under supervision of the Associate Provost,  the Business Intelligence Solutions Developer I provides support for reporting, business intelligence and data management through the development, testing, and maintenance of BI solutions including complex SQL queries, ETL development, integration, and report authoring.

Work with team members to develop and maintain the university data warehouse and other business intelligence solutions.  This requires skills to create database tables, views, scripts and complex queries in an Oracle and SQL Server environment  as well as building  dashboards, reports, multidimensional cubes and other analytical tools.Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to facilitate the transfer of data among systems, utilizing Boomi or other standard programming languages and tools.Assist with university data governance through creation of technical documentation, business process documentation, training materials, and metadata such as business definitions, technical details and the university data dictionary.
