Job Summary: Coordination of the Business Intelligence Developers and Tableau Systems Analysts, the tasks as outlined in a project plan, setting reporting strategy and implementation of reports for all users of the clinical and financial applications. Work with project leadership to set direction, determine policies, and escalate issues with monitoring. Provide communication to project leadership while coordinating with the Business Intelligence Developer staff the directives of leadership. Set reporting strategy for the overall project while monitoring the progress of report validation and new report development. Facilitate application team communication to close gaps. Monitor Business Intelligence Developers and Tableau Systems Analysts productivity and performance. Review upgrade documentation related to analytic tools and content to determine how to implement, disseminate and train the changes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required. Nursing or Allied Health degree strongly preferred. Three to five years healthcare experience preferred with MSSQL programming experience required. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to plan and coordinate varied activities. Strong problem solving and prioritization skills when working with competing organizational and regulatory requirements within short timeframes. Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, and MSSQL. EPIC clinical experience and Epic Clarity and Caboodle Certification required. Additionally, Cogito Project Manager Certification with 3-5 Cogito data model certifications preferred. Must be proficient working with technology. Tableau creator and server experience preferred. Requires the ability to lead, manage and work effectively with people while clearly communicating the importance of reporting to all stakeholders including a wide range of very senior to very junior people under ad hoc conditions. Strong organization, coordination and interpersonal skills to function at a level in a range of staff from administrative, management and patient care environments while scheduling staff and setting direction of the reporting of data for all applications. The capacity to manage multiple objectives, communicate results in clear and unambiguous terms and coordinate all reporting tasks and activities. Experience with electronic report development, excellent knowledge of English grammar and spelling for use in both verbal and written communication. Ability to present in front of large groups of professionals and to develop creative solutions to complex problems
