Learn more at https://www.jnj.com **Purpose of the role** As the Business Intelligence Lead you will be responsible for developing the data analytics & business insights for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech UK & Ireland business. You will build current and future technical capabilities which aid data driven strategic decision making and support business growth across all franchises. You will be responsible for data integrity to support business processes, and you will implement agile analytics which meet the evolving needs of the business and helps drive and measure efficiency of the overall UKI business strategy. You will constantly strive to challenge the status quo, continuously reviewing and improving data capabilities. You will work each day with multifunctional teams including Franchise Leadership Teams, Sales and Marketing, Service & Solutions, IT, Finance and Supply Chain as well as EMEA regional colleagues and will get a fantastic insight into how Johnson & Johnson works. You be part of a high performing team to and focus on excellence in execution, and you will contribute to evolving data capabilities and data driven decision making. **What to expect:** Developing technical data capabilities (PowerBI) Building tools that support business & market insights to the business Supporting in driving integrity and accuracy of data Supporting the execution of SFE strategy for the business Supporting the Reward & Recognition workstream (commission) for the business Develop business analysis, establish solutions, and generate insights across the following (exemplary) areas: Development and maintenance of BI and sales data platforms. New technology and solutions development. Country sales and SFE performance reporting. Sophisticated data analytics, visualisation and dashboards. Sales commission and accrual calculation management. Segmentation analysis. New business win analysis. System data integrity and technical issue resolution. Master data governance. Continuous process improvement and project management. Salesforce CRM management. Third party sales management **Who will you be working with:** Reporting into the Business Intelligence & SFE Manager, you will work closely with the following people: Franchise marketing teams Franchise Commex Customer Service IT Finance Wider JJMT organisation **Who are we looking for:** To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record of success within your previous and current roles. You will be intellectually curious, with a commitment for continuous improvement. You will have demonstrable success in building data tool (including business insights, market insights & ideally SFE) that have driven results, you will have a proven ability in technical project management. You will have demonstrated the following key skills:- Sophisticated MS Power BI expertise Knowledge of Oneforce (SalesForce) & Deal Platform Experience in customizing BI tools, dashboards, and reports to meet specific business needs Highly numerate with strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving ability. Must be motivated and dedicated; able to work independently and in a team environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and issues Attention to detail. Strong organisational skills. Ability to prioritise work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Growth/high performance mindset.
