This role supports the Amazon Customer Excellence Service (ACEs) team in Mexico. Based at our Fulfillment Center MEX6 in Tepotzotlan, Mexico, the position requires travel to other Amazon facilities, including Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations, and Corporate Offices, depending on ongoing projects.
The primary responsibilities include analyzing business problems and translating them into functional requirements for tool development and process automation. You will work directly with clients to define optimal solutions based on stakeholder needs. Additionally, you will prepare data for analysis through descriptive statistics, aggregations, and pivots. The role also involves implementing and deploying data visualization tools, such as metrics dashboards, presentations, and reports.
