The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 19+ overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. And the Global Selling Central BI team is looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions that drive seller success and operational excellence, while leveraging latest AI, LLM, and automation technologies to drive innovation.

Key job responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives
• Partner with Product, Technical, Business, and Marketing teams to understand data requirements and design scalable and user-friendly BI solutions
• Lead end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) initiatives including design and implement customer data models, identity resolution frameworks, real-time data integration pipelines , customer segmentation logic, privacy-compliant data governance, and development of actionable customer insights
• Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to ensure efficient data processing
• Implement automated reporting and dashboard solutions to track KPIs and business metrics
• Design and implement AI/LLM-powered solutions to automate routine tasks and enhance decision-making processes
