Summary: The team is seeking an experienced AWS QuickSight Developer to design and implement comprehensive dashboards for tracking both large scale migration progress and planning metrics. These dashboards will provide real-time visibility into migration execution, dependencies, blockers, and key milestones, while also supporting strategic planning efforts with insightful data visualizations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, migration, and planning teams to define key metrics, automate reporting, and ensure seamless data integration. Dashboard Development & Data Visualization: * Design and develop interactive AWS QuickSight dashboards for migration tracking and strategic planning * Implement dynamic visualizations to monitor migration status, dependencies, blockers, and execution progress * Develop planning dashboards to help leadership analyze trends, forecast migration timelines, and -optimize resource allocation Data Integration & Analysis: * Aggregate data from multiple sources (e.g., Jira, AWS CloudWatch, internal databases) to provide real-time insights * Develop SQL queries and data models to support both migration and planning dashboards * Enable trend analysis and predictive reporting for migration risk assessment and long-term planning Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: * Work closely with engineering, migration, and planning teams to define key metrics and reporting requirements * Ensure dashboards align with business needs and support decision-making for migration execution and resource planning Automation & Performance Optimization: * Implement automated data refreshes and alerts for migration milestones and planning insights
