Primary Position Purpose:

The Business Intelligence Developer I is part of a team responsible for owning, developing, and maintaining our Enterprise Analytics Applications specifically within the Tableau and PowerBI environments as well as working as a product owner for these applications engaging, training, and working with end users to ensure our products are producing desired results and driving value for the organization. This role partners closely with respective Data Engineering & Data Science teams to help automate, refine, and take our applications to the next level, and help the team migrate from legacy customer systems to a robust cloud environment.

Position Functions:

·       Develop & support analytics dashboards

·       Engage in a team environment and complete well-defined tasks to support team goals

·       Act as a liaison between end stakeholders and Data Engineering teams

·       Analyze information to determine appropriate response

·       Contribute routinely to documentation, backlog refinement, and user stories

·       Identify process and continuous improvement though utilization of analytics tools

·       Drive end user culture change and engagement with analytics

·       Assist in refining a backlog and user stories
