Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We are looking for an Business Intelligence Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving business performance and visibility across the company and its subsidiaries. In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner closely with teams across the organization to develop reports, analyze spending, and build dynamic tools that enable strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and develop or refine financial reports. · Build and maintain PowerBI dashboards to visualize KPIs and deliver actionable insights. · Monitor and analyze departmental spending monthly, identifying trends and variances. · Conduct detailed margin and pricing analyses to inform business strategy. · Support the annual budget process through data gathering, analysis, and modeling. · Execute ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects as they arise. Requirements What You’ll Bring · Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT, Supply Chain or a related field. · 3–5 years of experience in analysis or a business intelligence role. · Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc.). · Strong proficiency in PowerBI with the ability to build dashboards and generate reports. · Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational abilities. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
