**Business Intelligence Analyst (Tableau)**
**About the Role:**
As a key member of our global experts team, you will deliver research, intelligence, reporting and analytics solutions for our internal clients, utilizing best-in-class BI tools on a modern data platform. This role offers opportunities to develop competencies in analytics and reporting while driving process excellence and innovation within a leading real estate services firm.
You will support business intelligence projects focused on real estate data analysis, leveraging data warehousing, visualization, and examination to help internal clients optimize operations across various service lines.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develop and implement data modelling, manipulation, aggregation and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights using programming languages and data visualization tools.
+ Engage in the full lifecycle of dashboard and analytics development, from client needs assessment to data sourcing, dashboard creation and ongoing support post-delivery.
+ Ensure data integrity and validate reports effectively.
+ Communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, analysts, platform developers and project managers.
+ Propose initiatives for enhancements in advanced analytics, data visualization, and overall reporting.
+ **What You’ll Need:**
+ 3+ years of experience in a BI field.
+ Experience in creating, maintaining and optimizing dashboards and workflows using Tableau and Alteryx (or other ETL tool such as KNIME, Informatica, Savant Labs, Talend).
+ Strong Excel skills and experience in data management, manipulation and analysis.
+ Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
+ Familiarity with SQL and database technologies.
+ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
+ Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering.
+ Quick learner of new tools and processes.
+ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
+ Capable of presenting information to diverse audiences.
+ Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workloads independently.
+ Highly self-motivated, flexible and collaborative with a mature attitude towards project responsibilities.
+ Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
**DESIRABLE**
+ Tableau/Alteryx certification.
+ Experience in Power BI and Power Automate.
+ Programming experience using Python.
+ Commercial Real Estate knowledge .
