Business Intelligence Analyst III - Fixed Term
The expected salary range for this position is $90,070.00 - $105,825.20. Join Compassion's Global Program Process Solutions team as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where you’ll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive global impact and operational excellence.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst III, you will play a key role in transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.  You will own the solutions process from intake to delivery, including stakeholder engagement, mock-up creation, iteration, publishing, and ongoing maintenance. If you are a self-starter, with a high level of technical proficiency, particularly in Tableau, SQL, Snowflake and Salesforce reporting, you might be a great fit for this role. 

Please Note: This role is a full-time, fixed-term position with an expected end date of June 30, 2027.

What will you do?

Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Him in all interactions.Advocate for children by prioritizing child protection in all decisions and actions, in alignment with Compassion’s Code of Conduct.Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.Manage an intake system for reporting and data requests, including scoping, estimating, and delivering solutions.Design and implement complex analysis plans, questionnaires, and research tools to capture meaningful data.Mine and validate data from internal systems (including Salesforce), industry reports, and other sources to support revenue generation, operational effectiveness, and strategic initiatives.Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical techniques and tools like Tableau and SQL (Snowflake).Deliver clear, actionable insights through reports and presentations to executives and stakeholders.Own and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and databases, including technical documentation and reusable assets.Provide technical support for existing reporting tools and systems.Lead the cleanup and standardization of Salesforce reporting, setting best practices and governance.Coach and mentor other analysts and support staff as needed.

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.At least seven years of relevant experience in business or product intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.*Equivalent education, training, and/or certification may be substituted for experience.

Technical Skills:

Expert in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.Proficient in SQL, especially with Snowflake.Strong Salesforce reporting skills—able to lead cleanup and optimization efforts.Ability to work autonomously while aligning with broader strategic goals.
