This role offers a unique opportunity to lead data analytics initiatives that directly influence strategy and enterprise enablement. As a key contributor to the executive team to provide reporting and strategic reviews, you’ll help shape data-driven decisions across technology, finance, procurement, and operations.
This position will drive data processes to enhance through reporting automation and advanced analytics, while collaborating with multi-functional teams. You’ll gain exposure to high-impact projects and develop insights that support the organization’s mission to deliver smarter, more efficient outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Planview to deliver actionable insights.
Drive process automation and continuous improvement in analytics workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaborate with team members across departments to define critical metrics, scope analytics projects, and align data strategies with business goals.
Apply advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning and predictive modelling, to uncover trends to facilitate business and operational planning.
Communicate complex data findings clearly and effectively to senior leadership and business partners to support data-driven decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability in data analytics, business intelligence, or technology strategy roles.
Experience in leading and driving data presentation; discussions with executive leaders and present clear data stories.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, JIRA, and Planview for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Familiarity with enterprise data environments, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and executive-level reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Other certifications in analytics and/or project management.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
