Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and informed decision-making? We are currently seeking an experienced Business Insights Sr. Specialist to join our team. Reporting to our Business Insights Manager, you will lead analytics and insights for key commercial and digital campaigns, supporting our efforts in forecasting, country data analytics, demand planning, and supply chain planning.

Description of the Role

In this role, you will analyze traditional and digital marketing campaigns, consumer data, and market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations that will drive our company's commercial strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product performance, enhance customer experiences, and maximize revenue generation.The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to improve business outcomes. You will interpret complex data sets to deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities

Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop actionable insights that inform commercial strategies.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand business objectives and provide data-driven recommendations.Utilize various analytics tools to extract, transform, and analyze multi-aspect data sets, generating meaningful insights and visualizations for reporting.Clearly interpret trends and insights for stakeholders at various levels within the organization.Identify customer segmentation opportunities and work with marketing teams to personalize campaigns and optimize customer journeys.Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaigns, including website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in analytics to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.Support forecasts and analytical solutions using strategic and statistical techniques.Explore opportunities to create efficiencies in reporting tasks and collaborate with enterprise resources to standardize and automate processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.Strong team player with excellent networking skills and a focus on execution excellence.Experience leading cross-functional strategic analytical projects and driving data literacy within the organization.Proven project management and execution experience, with the ability to simplify complex situations.Critical thinker with innovative mindset and excellent qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills.Proven ability to drive change and foster a data-driven culture.Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends.Understanding of various marketing techniques.Proficiency in Hungarian and English.

Technical Background

Hands-on experience in report development.High level of Excel proficiency is essential.Basic understanding of database technologies and data structures is required.Familiarity with agile project management concepts and experience collaborating with agile teams.Experience writing data query scripts in SQL and automation scripts in VBA.Practice in designing dashboards using tools like Qlik or Microsoft Power BI.Knowledge of CRM processes and digital analytics tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Google Analytics, social media analytics).
