Job Summary
As a Business Insights and Improvement Specialist in Chase Merchant Services, you will play a key role in analyzing business operations and identifying opportunities for process enhancement. You will engage with senior leaders and collaborate across teams to implement innovative solutions. Using digital tools and data analysis, you will help drive strategic initiatives and support the success of our global payment platforms. You will be empowered to develop your skills in data storytelling and project management while contributing to the growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze business operations through call listening, root cause analysis, and demand synthesis Perform data gathering, consolidation, analysis, and reporting using various data sources and applications Prepare timely and high-quality reports utilizing automated reporting tools and processes Conduct independent research and prepare analysis to support business decisions Identify opportunities and develop solutions to address business needs Recommend innovative improvements for materials and databases Support projects and initiatives that drive business goals Collaborate with senior leaders to implement process improvement ideas Enhance skills in data analysis, data storytelling, and project management Work with digital tools such as SharePoint, MS Office, and Tableau Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Three years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or process improvement Proficiency in MS Office Tools, SharePoint, VBA, Power BI, HTML,  JavaScript, and Tableau Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks under pressure Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships Experience preparing high-quality reports using automated tools Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Participation in multiple projects as a contributor or point of contact

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Knowledge of operational dashboards and business information platforms Experience in project management and data storytelling Familiarity with global payment processing or merchant acquiring Proven track record of recommending innovative business solutions Experience supporting large-scale business initiatives Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
