**Job Description** We are seeking a Business Insights Analytics Specialist focusing on data science and analytics to join our team! This role will collaborate with the Human Health Digital, Data and Analytics (HHDDA) area to utilize data for generating actionable insights that enhance customer and market understanding, inform brand strategies, support in-line brand growth, and improve customer engagement. The candidate will facilitate the creation of commercial use cases that promote data-driven decisions, leveraging organizational knowledge to better serve customers. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong understanding of healthcare and technology, and a proven track record of generating actionable insights from analytics. They must effectively manage ambiguity and demonstrate strong partnership skills.
