BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:
Build project & strategic partnership with key focus accounts to make vaccination easier and more accessible through innovative approach.Leading cross-function coordination/collaboration for strategic planning & execution with marketing to build long term and short-term strategies and with sales team to achieve brand and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic planning
Lead partnership project and manage key account relations in private market as new source of businessLead collaboration with cross functional team to establish long-term & annual plan for strategic partnerLead the Gross-to-net approach for project & Key account model, including pricing, promotional mix and other resources planningLead the conceptualization of innovative go-to-market model, focus on elevating values & experience for stakeholders (i.e: insurance, corporate, healthcare consumers, and others)Provide strategic consultation for brand/ business lead and ensure harmonization in strategic approach & commercial practiceMonitor and provide prompt strategic changes to leadership regarding the ongoing market landscapeLeverage global & regional resources & experience for local project & key account approach
Project & Key account management
Lead the holistic customer engagement strategy and execution with pre-aligned objectives & KPIsChampion strategic conversation between company and strategic partnerGuide the Project & Key account function in harmonization of implementation with salesforce for strategic partnerShape advocacy among internal and external key stakeholders in pursuing project & Key account approachDeploy emerging digital, data & analytics practice into project & Key account function
New go-to-market model
Supervise the test-and-learn, and later scaling up, for innovative go-to-market vaccination modelChampion the localization of global & regional best practices for innovative accessLeverage project & Key account approach to facilitate innovative go-to-market model
Requirements
University degree in related business fields with 5 plus years of outstanding tracked record on the field of key account management, trade marketing or new business/ new channel developmentExcellence in customer management & client serviceExperience in competitive and highly regulated industry is a plusExperience in brand marketing and sales leadership is a plus as wellInspiring communication skills, interpersonal skills & stakeholder managementExcellence in analytics capabilities, strategy realization and business negotiationResult-driven, solution-oriented, innovative and willing-to-doLeadership capabilities with expanded span of influence internally: direct team & peers, cross-functional team and salesforceCurrent Employees apply HERE
