SUMMARY
Under general supervision, provides administrative support for the business information system(s) team. Assignments are typically of a non-routine and non-repetitive nature requiring some independent judgement and discretion. Coordinates defined systems and processes pertaining to the information system(s). Develops and generates a variety of moderately complex reports and files. Within established parameters, conducts research and analyzes trends for the department. Performs data processing into the information system(s). Validates and transcribes data from a variety of source documents. Ensures the integrity of the information system by serving as the first step in ensuring data accuracy.
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit required.EXPERIENCEThree years’ experience in an administrative support role.Traveling throughout pharmacy location to assist teams, as needed.SKILLSKnowledge in pharmacy and health systems preferredAbility to accurately enter data into the information system(s).Strong typing skills of 50-60 wpm on a computer keyboard. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to function well in a collaborative environment. Basic proficiency with other business related software applications (i.e., MS Word, Access, Excel, etc.).
