MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo develop, implement, and maintain prioritised process improvement projects, management information frameworks, and company-wide processes for business mapping.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial EngineeringDESIRED PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATION
Registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) REQUIRED EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 5 years of relevant business process engineering/business analysis experienceDESIRED EXPERIENCE
Hospital or healthcare environment experience REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Industrial engineering principles, techniques, and skills (e.g. root cause analysis, statistical analysis, operations research methods, business process re-engineering, etc.) Creative, procedural, and non-procedural design and synthesis of solutions Computers, networks, and information infrastructures for accessing, processing, managing, and storing information Collaboration within a multidiscipline environment Critical awareness of the sustainability and impact of engineering activity on the social, industrial, and physical environment Economics, business management, and project management Relevant Mediclinic policies and procedures Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate Presentation, communication, and facilitation Advanced knowledge and experience in negotiationsAll applicants will be considered, with the understanding that preference will be given in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Mediclinic Southern Africa, as well as internal applicants/employees that meet the minimum requirements.
