Job Profile: 

    This position is located within ATDC, and he/she will be the role of change agent for change management, lead the improvement activities with MFT(Multi-Function Team) and increasing maturity of AOS (Airbus Operating System) level utilising AOS bricks and LEAN tools. 

    He/She will also be responsible for organising, planning, implementation and follow through the improvement initiatives established company width.

Job description

Provide an operation-wide framework for AOS/CI implementation and drive the execution of this strategy.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.Implement improvements projects using AOS/CI implementation tools.

Support and coach other team members in determining specific measures of performance and productivity improvements. Provide training and consultative assistance for all levels of the organisation.

Identify, assess, facilitate and drive implementation of AOS/CI methods and procedures, including daily management routines, problem solving, visual management, roadmap design and improvement plans.

Use and maintain knowledge of AOS and tools to support continuous improvement efforts such as VSM, Hoshin Kanri, Pareto Charts. 

Cooperate with Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Shop-floor, Logistics, J&T and Operation Management team for the implementation and improvement of AOS/CI processes and workflows.

Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or related field.

More than 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 3 years of continuous improvement background.

Broad knowledge of a general technical field such as industrial engineering, or cost estimating. 

Good knowledge of AOS or Lean manufacturing and/or Good Manufacturing Practice and successful project-based experience in the implementation of change are important strengths.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Good interpersonal communication skills, passions in teaching and coaching.

Ability to motivate teams and lead changes at all levels of the organisation.

Fluent in oral and written communication skills in English.
