Summary: Clearwater Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance Lead to join our team and support internal communications and governance processes. This role will be essential in fostering collaboration across multifunctional teams by orchestrating strategic business cadences, interlock meetings between key business functions, tracking action items, and ensuring that projects are progressing efficiently as well as coordinating global communications, such as townhalls, surveys, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, program management, and governance, with approximately 6 years of experience, with an MBA.

Description: As the Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing internal communication and ensuring that governance processes are effectively implemented across the organization. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and various teams to facilitate meetings, coordinate strategic initiatives, and maintain clear communication channels. Your organizational skills and ability to track project progress will be vital to optimizing team performance and driving accountability within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings across multifunctional teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and projects.Act as the point of contact for all internal communications, facilitating the flow of information between departments and the executive leadership team.Develop and maintain a centralized system for tracking action items, deadlines, and progress on key initiatives.Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and summaries to ensure that teams are well-informed and focused on objectives.Monitor and report on the status of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to the Chief of Staff and other stakeholders.Implement governance best practices to enhance decision-making processes and accountability within the organization.Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that promote transparency and engagement.Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating discussions and encouraging team input on key initiatives.Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.6+ years of experience in communications, governance, strategic, data analytics, or program management rolesStrong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.Proficiency in project management tools and internal communication platforms.Experience working in a cross-functional environment, demonstrating collaborative and relationship-building skills.A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to tracking outcomes and driving team accountability.Familiarity with governance frameworks and best practices is a plus.Why Join Clearwater Analytics? Salary Range
$102,000.00 - $144,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
