Your role and responsibilities

We seek a detail-oriented Business Financial Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting and strategic initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Smart Building division in China.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) and KPIs to assess business performance; Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders, highlighting variances against budgets/forecasts; Support on annual budgeting and rolling forecast process; Collaborate with business managers to align financial plans with business goals.Strategic Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to management for growth strategies & decision making; Develop financial models (DCF, NPV, scenario/sensitivity analysis) to evaluate investments or strategic projects; Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, PM, R&D) to identify cost-saving/lean opportunities.Process Improvement: Automate reporting and streamline workflows using tools; Ensure compliance with accounting standards (PRC/US GAAP) and internal controls.

Qualifications for the role

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Experience: 5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles. Plant experience and deep-dive ability on manufacturing cost is a plusTechnical Skills: Advanced Excel and financial modeling. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP) is a plusSoft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders.Certifications: CPA, CMA is a plus
