Role purpose

The role holder will support the HSBC Mexico Retail and Wealth Products, as the main financial advisor, including pricing benchmark analysis and planning. The individual will work closely with Business Product Heads as the financial expert, being the focal point in all related accounting/financial items and, the person responsible of give all financial insides on an ad hoc basis. Also, in charge of product forecast cycles as well as annual budgeting plans. The financial reviews of campaigns, strategic initiatives and business proposals will be part of the role, among others

Main activities

Review, report and challenge business information of the relevant WPB product.Forecasting projectionsParticipation and advisory in terms of product pricing (campaigns / new products)Analysis and value added to support financial decision makingSupport in terms of new initiatives implementation for the area and the businessTrends and variations analysis. Significant deviations are to be understood and addressed.Senior management advisory
