Business Finance Analyst Refinish is member of GBFS Brno team located in Brno SSC and is supporting Regional REF Business Finance teams and individuals by collecting, recording, analyzing and interpreting financial/business information. The incumbent will play a key role in providing financial expertise and support to the various stakeholders in the region and in liaising with the transactional teams (GL/AP/AR) based in Brno SSC. The position requires a strong finance and IT background and a high degree of planning, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Representative activities:

More specifically, the incumbent will provide efficient and timely support to the Regional Business Finance Teams and individuals in the following areas:

Participating in monthly closing activities and supporting monthly forecasting processFinancial analysis activitiesPreparation of mainly internal, but if needed supporting also external reportingCooperating with Central Costing Team in area of cost/inventory accountingPreparation of annual Plan (OH cost part)Preparation of ACTsAssisting the business in identifying opportunities and driving standardization efforts and improvementsPresenting results at regular review calls (monthly, quarterly)Numerous ad hoc analysis and support projects

Requirements:

Two or three years of experience in related positions within the accounting/finance area, University degree in economics or business administration is plusPersonal strengths include reliability, receptiveness, strong analytical as well as interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, ability to cooperate and communicate openly in the team, take responsibilityStructured and independent approach of workingVery good English skills in speaking and writing, second language is an advantageVery good PC skills (MS Excel, MS Access and ORACLE, PBI is plus)
