purpose, scope & challenges:

The Business Finance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the financial team, providing accurate financial analysis, forecasts, and strategic insights. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

One of the main challenges is effectively interpreting complex financial data and ensuring clear communication between the finance department and other teams. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully navigate these challenges while contributing to the company's financial health and success.

Qualifications

Must Have:

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fieldProficiency in MS tools (Excel and PowerPoint)Proficiency in EnglishExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a multifunctional teamStrong communication and presentation skillsProblem-solving and critical thinking skills

Nice to Have:

Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA)Qualification as “Certified Accountant”3 – 5 years of professional experienceExperience in a similar role within a multinational pharmaceutical companyExperience in consulting or auditingExperience with project management tools and big data analysisKnowledge of statistical analysis and financial diagnosisKnowledge of PowerBI
