Business Execution Senior Manager
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager (Incident Management Command Center Director) to report directly to the head of Enterprise Incident Management (EIM). Locally this role will report to the head of resiliency ( India and Philippines ) Details of the role : M3 ( Senior Manager / Corporate title Director ) This leader will have direct oversight of the 24/7 Global Incident Command Center and lead a team that provides ongoing monitoring and identification of incidents having the potential for operational risk to Wells Fargo customers, employees, and buildings across the company’s global footprint. The Director is responsible for oversight of 24/7/365 monitoring and incident assessment capabilities through the Incident Command Center to ensure risks are properly identified, evaluated, and the response by key stakeholders is strategically implemented across the enterprise. The Director will lead a team of analysts to ensure the 24/7 incident response protocols and escalation across the enterprise to business partners, employees, and senior executive leaders occur timely. **In this role, you will:** + Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives + Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations + Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business + Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership + Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience + Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures + Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners + Monitor local, regional, national, and global events and weather conditions to identify potential impacts and coordinate appropriate response activities + Identify, escalate, coordinate, and respond effectively and timely to all incidents that occur in a Wells Fargo across all geographic region + Authority and autonomy to make immediate decisions based on a potential impact to the business + Accountable for work product and support provided by teams across three Global Incident Command Centers + Communicating risk and response activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and provide regular reports and updates to senior management on incident status and resolution efforts. + Building strong partnerships with peer Command Centers: Corporate Security, Cyber, Technology, Payments, and Operations **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 3+ years Management or leadership experience **Desired Qualifications:** + **Overall, 15-20 years** of experience including Resiliency/Business Continuity Management (BCM) & incident response in a global environment. + Strong leadership and team management skills + Education in and/or experience with concepts of incident management and risk intelligence + Understanding of resiliency, emergency management, and incident response + Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities + Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment + Effectively work in a highly matrixed organization + Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence + Familiarity with ArcGIS or other geospatial mapping tools + Familiarity with Everbridge Mass Notification or other notification tools **Job Expectations:** + Ability to work in a 24/7 command center + This position will require on-call, weekends, and holiday work as needed + Education in and/or experience with concepts of incident management and risk intelligence + Understanding of resiliency, emergency management, and incident response + Contribute to the development and refinement of incident response procedures, job aides + Candidate must be based out of posted location (Bangalore) and will be required to work in the office as per organization’s In Office Adherence / Return to Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week ( which is 4 Days per week for Senior Managers and above ) **Posting End Date:** 16 Sep 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
