**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to join the Strategic Execution team within the Global Operations Strategic Solutions organization.
The Strategic Execution team addresses pressing challenges facing Global Operations. Our team specializes in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the operations space. Offering a stabilizing influence, we provide the central direction and framework to drive momentum across a broad set of stakeholders. We prioritize the needs for our Global Operations leaders, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Coach, manage, and develop a team of Business Execution Leads, Senior Consultants, and Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, execution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
+ Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, expertise, and emerging industry trends.
+ Partner with senior management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
+ Execute strategic initiatives and programs.
+ Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
+ Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations.
+ Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
+ Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years Management or leadership experience
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated roles, management, and leadership in consulting, corporate strategy, or strategy and transformation.
+ Experience managing teams against large initiatives and executing results in a complex environment.
+ Experience partnering with most senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
+ Ability to drive problem solving for complex scenarios (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions).
+ Ability to create concise executive-level communications and presentations that tells a compelling story.
+ Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
+ Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
+ Ability to execute in a fast paced, ambiguous, and high-demand environment.
**Job Expectations:**
+ Ability to travel 5% of the time.
+ This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
+ Adherence to in-office attendance expectations.
