About this role:
The Chief Administration (CAO) office is seeking a visionary and strategic Integrated Workplace Solutions & Transformation Leader to drive the evolution and execution of our global workplace strategy. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of work across our enterprise, aligning physical, digital, and cultural workplace elements to support business agility, employee experience, and operational excellence.
In this role, you will:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute a global workplace transformation strategy aligned with business objectives, and future-of-work trends.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated workplace solutions encompassing real estate, facilities, technology, and employee experience.Stay up to date with emerging trends in workplace technology, employee engagement tools, and digital transformation strategies.Workplace Innovation & Transformation:Champion hybrid work models, space optimization, and smart building technologies.Drive change management initiatives to support cultural and behavioral shifts in workplace usage.Conduct competitive analysis and market research to ensure the company’s workplace tools are innovative and aligned with industry best practices.Program Management:Oversee large-scale transformation programs, including office consolidations, redesigns, and relocations.Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.Manage the budget for workplace technology products, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing impact.Data-Driven Decision Making:Leverage workplace analytics, utilization data, and employee feedback to inform continuous improvement.Partner with Technology and Human Resources to integrate workplace technologies and digital collaboration tools.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with senior leadership, business units, and external partners to align workplace strategies with organizational goals.Serve as a trusted advisor on workplace trends, risks, and opportunities.EngagementPartner with communication teams to ensure successful rollouts and adoption of new workplace tools.Manage and develop a specialized team to develop and execute strategyLocation: 141753-NC-Three Wells Fargo Center, Charlotte; 112847-TX-Las Colinas Bldg. Required Qualifications, US:
8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education4+ years of management or leadership experienceDesired Qualification:
4+ years of experience in workplace experience management Product management experienceProgram management experienceDriving decisions through data4+ years of experience in organization management with a large, complex institution3+ years of experience implementing scaled agile in a silo-driven environment Experience working in the technology space with workplace productsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracySolid negotiation skills and the ability to facilitate agreements across a project teamExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsSignificant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership. Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholdersAbility to create a strong collaborative work environment to successfully develop partnerships. Hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.Position is not VISA eligible.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
