In this role, you will:
Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectivesIdentify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metricsDetermine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of workReview and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectationsUtilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverablesPresent recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the businessExercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of businessCollaborate and consult with leaders and executive managementProvide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staffQuickly become a dedicated member of an Agile scrum team focused on technology-based process improvements with solutions used by marketers across the enterpriseDesign detailed workflow process and task steps to reflect the desired operating processes defined by user stories within the scrum teamMaintain application environments in line with industry best practices including clean-up of unused or outdated components to ensure optimal system experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
