**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant Incident Management Team.
The Incident Management team is responsible for all the incidents that impact on the Consumer and Small Business Banking (CSBB) Operations. The Incidents are handled using applications like Strong Box (SPM) and Service Now. In this role you will:

+ Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
+ Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
+ Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
+ Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables.
+ Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
**Required Qualifications, International:**
+ 2+ Years of Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Good Knowledge of Applications worked in the current/previous business.
**Job Expectations:**
+ There are multiple incident reports that are logged into Strong box daily. In that there are issues that occur every day, all those are collated into 1 master report and are closed at the end of the month.
+ Also, incidents are logged into the Service Now application and a particular task is automatically created for the Incident Management team to review the INC and decide if the issue is impacting CSBBO. The decision has been taken keeping in mind various guidelines and procedures. (INC tickets). The incident employee also joins the Major Incident Management (MIM) calls to validate the decision as well.
+ Once an incident is submitted by supporting teams the incident team reaches out to various groups to collect as much information they can regarding the incident and then validate if an alert needs to be sent out and the proceedings towards the issue.
+ While on the TMIM calls we also validate them and get as much information regarding the Root Cause, Resolution, Prevent Actions etc. regarding the issues.
+ Regular follow ups are sent until we get the required/all information. Ensure documentation is updated in the systems of record on a regular basis.
+ Timings will require full day overlap with USA, a regular workday will be from 8.30 pm IST – 05.30am IST, subject to earlier or later hours at times as business requires.
+ Candidate must be based out of posted location (Hyderabad/Bangalore) and will be required to work as per organization’s In Office Work Schedule requirements at a minimum of 3 days per week in office and flexibility to work from home for 2 days a week.
