Business Excellence Manager

This role focuses on contributing to the consequent implementation of Business Excellence strategy and approaches and/or advances BE tools and methods as an expert to continuously improve business performance. Acts as trusted advisor to Division and BU Management regarding Business Excellence development.
You’ll break new ground by: • Driving Continuous Improvement: Lead and support Business Excellence initiatives to enhance performance within the assigned area. • Analyzing and Identifying Improvements: Assess current business strengths and weaknesses, identify improvement opportunities, and support cross-functional target setting. • Implementing and Coaching Excellence Tools: Facilitate the use of Business Excellence Toolbox methods across units, providing training and coaching. • Developing Tools and Guidelines: Contribute as a subject matter expert to the evolution of Business Excellence tools and related practices. • Managing Improvement Programs: Design, coordinate, and oversee comprehensive improvement programs aligned with strategic goals. • Monitoring, Reporting, and Sharing Best Practices: Track progress using KPIs, ensure stakeholder communication, and promote best practice sharing across units.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: • Proven experience in driving business excellence or continuous improvement initiatives. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for optimization. • Proficiency in business excellence methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for coaching, training, and sharing best practices. • Ability to collaborate across functions and drive cross-functional improvement projects.
