The Opportunity

This position will support the Operational Excellence and Operations teams to implement and enable the sustainment of Continuous Improvement tools and systems within Amplatzer Operations in Plymouth, MN.

What You’ll Work On

Act as change agent to support implementation and effectiveness of continuous improvement systems and tools in support of area objectivesUnderstands the concept of a line balance and how to utilize it as a tool for staffing and level loading, as well as train others on utilization of the tool.Identifies gaps in communication and information streams, and executes root-cause analyses and corrective action plans to close themIdentify potential Quality System gaps, communicate to Engineering, and remediate as appropriate.Enable operators and support staff to effectively communicate safety, quality, and delivery issues as they affect Operations goals.  Provides feedback on larger procedural updates to address compliance gaps or areas for performance improvement.Prioritizes daily tasks with minimal oversightAbility to read, comprehend and implement lengthy, complex procedures written in English.Maintain clean room integrity by using proper attire and adherence to clean room environment practices and procedures.Records information on approved documents and follows good documentation practices.Support manufacturing teams and management to implement business objectives and initiatives.Coordinate manufacturing activities necessary to support production build schedule. Gather quality and production data to assist with reporting operation metrics. Coordinate training of manufacturing personnel.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GEDMinimum 2 years of business experience in a professional environment.Must be fluent with multiple applications, preferably Microsoft Suite Application.

The base pay for this position is $21.05 – $42.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
